The Staff were very friendly and it was a perfect location for what I wanted to do. I only had breakfast with them but it was to a very good standard. The front desk staff were very helpful with suggestions about trips and also contacting transport people for my return trip to the airport . All in all, a good choice for a single sightseer.

Short walk from hotel
Take the Sightseeing buses ( 400 metres from Hotel) which had a 48hr pass, for hop on hop off sightseeing in Lisbon. Very good value for money.

By far one of the worst hotels that we have stayed at. The staff was not friendly, the rooms maintenance was discusting. Carpets were stained and dirty, They placed our group on the second floor and the street noise was horrible. The hotel offers parking; however, for two days we were told the parking facilities were full and we had to find parking elsewhere. They offered WIFI for 2Euro for 30 minutes but the connection was so weak in the rooms that we had to go down to the lobby to use it and by the time you sent a coulple of emails, the 30 minutes were up. Bell Boy service gave you the impression that they Wes doing you a device in helping you with your luggage. Highly recommend that you select another hotel for your stay in Lisbon!

Purchase a one day subway pass which gives you access to the Subway and Buss service. Transportation in Lisbon is very good.

PAS A RECOMMANDER
Chambre glauque et pas accueillante, qui ne correspond pas à la photo sur le site. Arrivée à 22h30 en plein mois d'aout, bar et restaurant fermés.

Mukava hotelli keskeisellä alueella
Me taas olimme todella tyytyväisiä hotelliin. Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä Marques de Pombalia, josta on loistavat kulkuyhteydet joka puolelle, ja keskustakin aivan kävelymatkan päässä. Pääkadulle on alle 5 min. kävelymatka ja ruokakauppa löytyy aivan vierestä. Huone oli mukava ja siisti. Siivoja kävi päivittäin. Meteliä ei kuulunut, saimme nukuttua joka yö hyvin. Aamiainen oli aivan mieletön: erilaisia sämpylöitä, leipiä, kroissantteja, leikkeleitä, juustoa, muroja, jogurtteja, kananmunaa, tuoreita hedelmiä, kahvia, teetä, mehua. Siis aivan mahtava! Eikä meiltä veloitettu siitä mitään. Jonottaa ei koskaan aamiaisella tarvinnut, sillä hotelli ei ole kovin suuri eikä ruuhkaa täten ollut. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja joustavaa. He suostuivat mm. aikaistamaan aamiasta viimeisenä lomapäivänämme aikaisen lentomme takia. Kaikki eivät puhuneet hyvää englantia, mutta silti tekivät parhaansa auttaakseen ja neuvoakseen, ja heidän neuvojensa avulle löysimmekin kaikkiin paikkoihin hyvin perille. Jos nyt jostain pitää valittaa, niin suihkun paine olisi voinut olla vähän kovempi ja sängyn patja hiukan parempi, mutta kaikenkaikkiaan voimme suositella hotellia todella lämpimästi!

Surkea huijausta!
Ebookers mainostaa maksutonta aamiaista, mutta lähtiessä kiskottiin 10 e / asukas/ aamiainen! Huoneet pienet joissa kokolattiamatot. Sijainti ei todellakaan ole keskustassa. EN SUOSITTELE!
