Facility is good, Front desk ugly
The facility is good. Breakfast and service are excellent.But, one of the front desk staffs is really unprofessional. Traveled total two adults and one child. [...]price for 1 room for either 2 adults plus 1 child and 1 adult is same. To be safe, I chose a highest Business room. However, the guy wanted to give me a regular room and only 1 breakfast. He even asked me to show him the [...]online booking procedure at the front desk with my own computer and paid internet. The registration took more than one hour until a manager came. Problem is finally solved with manager's step-in.Lesson learned. You should call a manager right away if this would happened.Noticed "face change" when you wear a nice business suits vs. a T-shirt.

The Hotel Fenix is truly excellent
The Hotel Fenix is truly excellent value for money! Its location is outstanding (right across a metro station), the staff and facilties very good, and the breakfasts truly memorable! It also povides a very good value for money luncheon if one wishes to partake. The parking facilites are good. We recommend this hotel without reservation.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient
Excellent hotel in a very convenient location for getting in/out of Lisbone as well as for starting your sightseeing tours, by metro, foot or a bus. We took The City Line bus for a daily tour (16€). We were not very impressed with this company. Not enough information given, hard to find their Bus Stops to hop-on, if you didn´t get-off there before. There are other bus companies to choose. We booked with the [website], so the price was OK. But it is worth checking with the hf fenix directly. Highly recommended.

un seul petit problème:en arrivant j'ai demandé à beneficier du prix promo pour les petits dej.en les reglant d'avance.Le concierge m'a informé qu'il était inclus dans le prix de la chambre.Cependant le lendemain matin en salle on m'a affirmé le contraire et j'ai payé le 9 euros au lieu de 7C'est peu de chose mais pour le.principe l'erreur venant du concierge, on aurait pu en tenir compte Question d'elegance...

La localización es inmejorable.
La localización es inmejorable. Además si se llega en coche la plaza donde está situada el hotel está en casi todas las señalizaciones con lo que es muy fácil localizarla. La atención del personal es profesional. El coste del parking a clienes es muy bueno. Estuvo todo muy bien excepto el restaurante que no lo encontré a la altura. Básicamente, la relación calidad precio de la comida deja que desear y es mejor comer fuera. El wifi sólo lo tienen gratis si te vas al hall del hotel.
