Hotel Lisboa Plaza

The Lisboa Plaza is a charming hotel in an excellent location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were small, but adequate. The view to the rear of the build was unexciting. It would be pleasing to see a nicely landscaped garden in the back of the building. The comfort of the bed did not live up to the 4 star standing. I don't mind a firm mattress but it was as stiff as cardboard. It would also be nice to have more luxurious bedding. Softer pillows, more of them, a better comforter and plusher mattress would be a worthwhile improvement. A Nespresso machine in the room would also be a nice amenity.

I really want to go back to this hotel again! It is the opposite of bling, and the essence of quiet and perfect service in an unbeatable location whether one wants to travel by taxi or by bus, tram or metro. The reception rooms are very elegant, the bedroom I had was really comfortable (it didn't have a trouser press but I'm sure that facility would be provided immediately if requested), the breakfast buffet was more than wonderfully comprehensive. The bar food was exactly what I wanted. The staff are so courteous and thoughtful and will go to endless trouble to help you. A great place.

Nice and cousy, in a bit oldfashioned way.

The hotel is amazing, everything you would want in a high end hotel. Missing luggage so they supplied me with a tooth brush and directions to diffrent types of clothing stores so I could freshen up. They then helped me with directions to see the city both on foot and by bus and taxie. The room was perfect the staff so helpful, A woman traveling alone could not find a better hotel. The location was just perfect for walking to so many sights again this could have been a bad experience but was made into a perfect day by the hotel and the city....what a pleasure this trip was

Excellent breakfast buffet, great location, pleasant staff. Make sure to wear good walking shoes, as the city is quite hilly.

Very well located, classy atmosphere, nice staff and efficient service - i asked for an adapter and they took less than 5 minutes to bring me a box full of adpators to choose.

We found the hotel very conveniently located, close to so many historic and tourist sites in the center of the old city and within walking distances from shopping centers, fine restaurants and cafes as well as various means of transportation stops and stations. We had easy access to trams, buses and metro trains that took us to our different destinations.

The Hotel Lisboa Plaza is perfectly located, both in terms of being central in Lisbon and easily accessible from the airport. The rooms are adorably decorated, although the bathroom is a bit small. Aside from that one measly complaint, everything else was perfect. Great service, great breakfast, great price. Also really cute roof terrace that I'm sure would be great in summer.

Lobby, Lounch, Barbereich sind sehr schick und edel eingereichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig ausgerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut (Metro-Verbindung zum Flughafen ideal gelegen). Das Verhalten des Hotelpersonals selbst war mit Aussnahme des Reinigungspersonals (freundlich und gute Leistung) eher durchschnittlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber veraltet, sehr klein inkl. Doppelbett (nur 1.80m lang und entsprechend schmal). WLAN funktionierte nur im Empfangsbereich und nicht im Zimmer, was sehr müsham und teuer war (Roaming). Die Wände sind sehr dünn und extrem ringhörig. Sind zwar nicht enttäuscht, aber für das Geld hätten wir mehr erwartet. Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir ein anderes Hotel suchen.
