Real Palacio Hotel Lisbon

Very enjoyable, comfortable and great price in convenient location

We were on a European trip (Germany, Austria, France) and decided to go to Portugal. We did not know what to expect because we really didn't look into it. The hotel was unbelievable. Everyone went out of their way to help. The service was amazing. We didn't get bathrobes in our room and when we called it in someone brought them within 5 min. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was super clean. We took advantage of the pool and saunas. We also used the hotels airport transfer service. They were very punctual, very helpful and super nice. I would stay here again.

Kind attention to your need's, very clean place. I had an upgrading for sure and enjoyed my stay very much.

we had wonderful time in Lisbon and couldn't have been at a better hotel. Our luggage was delayed in Heathrow so having robes and slippers in the room was a wonderful treat as we tried to relax. The staff was so helpful and friendly and called the airport to track the luggage for us. The staff members were fluent in English and able to give us great directions on getting around the city. Unfortunately we needed to leave to come home early since our British airways flights were in question due to the snow. The staff especially Patrick helped us arrange reservations on SATA through Azores and get home safely without having to deal with sitting for hours or days in the airports. Thanks again for making what could have been a terrible time very delightful. We'll be back

friendly staff, nice room, excellent breakfast buffet

A clean, well-located hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The staff were always attentive and customer service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was of a high standard and the hotel restaurant served fantastic food at reasonable prices.

We loved our stay in this hotel. There was a fantastic breakfast selection and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable - very quiet, but not stunning in its decoration. We enjoyed using the sauna and jacuzzi, but found the bar and restaurant expensive. We had a wonderful time exploring Lisbon. There are metro stations close to the hotel, but we found the ticketing system frustrating and time-consuming and chose to use taxis when going out in the evening (taxis are very cheap).

While we were there, my husband got sick from bad pork served the night before, at an outside restaurant. I needed some help with his laundry, andthe gracious cleaning lady was an absolute dear to us. Also the afternoon concierge helped us with someflight checkin paperwork. They are very busy, but the staff goes out of their way to help you. One disappointment happened when we checked in, and I asked what time breakfast was served. The answer wasthat, because of the price at which our room was secured by [...], we were not entitled to breakfast. Neither [...] or the hotel had made us aware of this. We were told about a small place up the street where we could find buns and coffee, and did that.The hotel is short, inexpensive taxi ride, or a 25-30 minute walk to Rossio Square.
