Unimpressed
We booked this hotel as a base to work from as we planned side trips to other parts of the country. We needed a place to store the bulk of our luggage and spend a few nights in between trips (4 nights total stay). Pros, the rooms and common areas are very clean. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi. Cons, Tiny uncomfortable room. Tiny toddler size everything. No emenities, gym or business center. Hotel has one restaurant/ Bar with a limited menu. The location is obscure. Even taxi drivers needed GPS to find. Bottom line, if it's within your budget go for a 5-star hotel. It's worth the extra cost for the comfort and enjoyment of your vacation.

Finding Portuguese roots
This hotel clearly was the best I have experienced to date whilst staying in Lisbon. The hotel is clean, highly and meticulously organized, and the staff are phenomenally helpful! A tremendous value for the money spent! A special thanks to the staff members I encountered: João, Rui, Nuno (both Nunos) Jeane, José, Ana––all stellar! I would return to this hotel in a heart-beat.

Family Getaway
The food was good. The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful. We were close to Metro stops so we did not need a car because we travelled on public transport everywhere. We used subways, trams, trains and buses and explored the entire city and travelled to Porto for the day as well. We definitely would return to the Turim Alameda

Great Value - Quiet and Clean
Alameda is a bit out of the way. Mostly a residential neighborhood. But the price (especially when breakfast is included), courteous staff, and proximity to convenient public transportation, make staying here a great deal.

Excellent location for a good price
I stayed at the Turim Alameda for about 9 days. The hotel is about two blocks from subway and you can go to everywhere from there. The room is a little small but clean and confirtable. I liked the fact they have laminate floors instead of carpet. A good choice in Lisbon.
