Interesting Old World Charm
This hotel seemed like an interesting option in this price range, but I would not call it a five star experience. It was good for the price we paid, but some issues with the room (bathroom smelled) and the attitude of the staff took away from that experience.

Porto Hotel - Infante de Sagres
From the welcoming glass of Porto as "We get acquainted with each other" to the General Manager who patrols the property with a keen eye, to the desk clerks who offer helpful dining and sightseeing tips, it was a magnificent experience.

use the Metro from airport to hotel, very convenient.It is a very high design, beautiful hotel, staff are friendly and helpful.

A very good hotel in a good central
A very good hotel in a good central location. The rooms are a good size and well appointed with little extras in the bathroom. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, although the tea and coffee tend to be luke warm. The restaurant was ok, but with a limited menu, and again a tendency for the food to be lukewarm, not in keeping with the 5 star rating. The Hotel has been decorated since my last visit, and although it had some amazing furniture and was very well done, some of the modern stuff looked a bit out of place. I would definitely stay again, and recommend the hotel to others

We had an early wake up to get to the airport and the staff made coffee and breakfast for us at 5:15am.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND EAT.
THIS HOTEL IS FULL OF CHARM AND CHARACTER. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR. THE WAIT STAFF IS ONE OF THE MOST KNOWLEDGEBLE ONE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD. THEY MADE THE DINING EXPERIENCE A TRULY REMARKABLE ONE. THE ROOMS WERE LARGE AS WERE THE BATHROOMS. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THAT I HAVE IS THAT THE BEDS WERE HARD AND SHORT. BUT THAT WOULD NOT KEEP ME FROM RETURNING.
