Mercure Porto Gaia

It was far from a good experience. The address provided only is a new street that not many GPS have it. The staff wont help u find the hotel!!! Noisy, not very clean. They'll charge even for a question u ask. Not a 4 star hotel for sure.

I chose this hotel for its location and price. My previous experience driving in Porto was challenging so I chose this location (directly across the bridge) to save having to navigate in central Porto. It turned out that this hotel was just off a freeway exit, had free parking, and was attached to a large shopping mall, which was great for my stay with my family in the winter. We walked all around the mall and found plenty of options to please everyone in the food court. The hotel itself was very reasonably priced with spotless, large rooms. Very comfortable. I would highly recommend it for others with the same travel objectives. I am glad I found this hotel and will stay there again to help handle the stress of driving when visiting Porto.

Très bonne qualité de services à la reception et au restaurant,des equipements,du silence et de la proprett.Petit dej. excellent et internet facile et gratuit.Parking exterieur gratuit. Cependant ,difficulté à trouver l'hotel.En venant de l'autoroute de Lisbonne,sortir à la dernière bretelle avant de franchir le Douro qui separe Villa nova de gaia,banlieue où se trouve l'hotel contre le centre commercial de Arrabida

Hotel recomendado, fuimos tres parejas y hemos quedado muy satisfechos. Todo nos fue estupendo, la unica pega que encuentro es que nosotros llevabamos una niña de 15 años y la cama que nos pusieron fue la tipica "turca" que era bastante pequeña para ella y fue imposible que la sustituyeran, para un niño esta bien pero hoy en dia a partir de 12 años esa cama es bastante incomoda por lo demas, una estancia para repetir.
