Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa

I enjoyed my stay. The room was super clean and renovated. The breakfast is excellent!! It starts at bit early to get it free, but absolutely great selection!! The pool had a lot of kids in it so you couldn't do any diving or anything like that. There was an issue with them running out of towels at the beach, but it was for those who came in late. Only thing I didn't like was that the van that takes you to the marina at night, only drops you off. It doesn't pick you up.

My wife and I took this trip for a peaceful relaxing vacation and that is just what we had. The pools were very nice in the peak of summer as it was very hot in Vilamoura. The hotel offered free shuttles all day (morning to the beach, evening to the harbor) which allowed us to be able to spend all day at the beach and all evening at the harbor. We actually only took the shuttle once as the town was very safe and we were able to walk into town from the hotel. Although we did not spend much time in the room as we were having fun elsewhere, we did find the rooms clean and spacious. A couple of the pieces in the room were a little outdated and the use of twin beds pushed together we found quite strange, but other than that the rooms were exactly as advertised. The only two negatives I found were that as a hotel guest we did not have any access to the 7seven spa. In the description of the hotel it says you get access to the hydro massage room, but when we went down there they said there was a surcharge for using the spa. The other thing is that it is extremely important for those who take care of the guest to be good at their job and we found that everyone at the hotel from the house keeper who gave us extra towels to the bar tender who gave us free samplers of port. We were treated really well from all the staff, but just as important as the staff being good at their job the Hilton needed the people they contract through to be good at their job. We nearly missed our flight back because the cab driver (that we booked through the hotel) showed up 20 minutes late. But we would not have been mad at all if we missed our flight because it would have meant that we would have been able to stay longer!

Suht' uusi erittäin hyvätasoinen ja laadukas hotelli. Erinomainen palvelu ja siisteys. Loistavat puitteet (ravintolat, uima-altaat, oleskelutilat jne.) Sijainti rauhallisella paikalla golfkentän vieressä. Vilamouran keskustaan matkaan muutamia kilometrejä eli oma auto hyvä olla olemassa.
