Great customer service both the hotel and the restaurant congratulations
I was impressed by the care and professional attitude of the entire staff; it just happened that the airlines I flew in with, Sir France, lost one of my baggage pieces and I have to tell you that I have received a great support from all and everyone employed by this particular Hilton Hotel. Usually I stay at the Intercontinental but definitely this trip changed my mind regarding future lodgment in Bucharest. Will return with pleasure.

1. this hotel is overrated in terms of value to $. 2. gym was reconstructed, but sauna is still far away from standard (in polite words it is not clean) a) I asked the stuff to warm up the temp in sauna - no reaction

(minus) hotel is still underconstraction i was suppriesed that fitness is as it used to be (what was the reason of renovation) taxi recommended by hotel stuff was trying to cheat me !!!!

1. hotel should inform in advance that there is also under constraction work (fitness center) like they did in case of lobby 2. reception desk should inform me that my room is below executive restaurant - up to 2am there was noisy
