Good Hotel for the price
The hotel was geared towards business travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, however do NOT use their hotel car to go to the airport. They charge 70 Romanian Lei and invoice you, but will also call you a cab at your request, which is never, ever more than 20 lei from the hotel to the airport. So, just have them call you a cab and you will save 50 lei and arrive at the airport in 15 minutes. Even if you are rich, there is no point in using the hotel car unless you really just don't want to have Romanian currency on you.

Short drive from hotel
Have the hotel call you a taxi to get into town. Super cheap and the hotel calls the legit taxi companies. Don't use the ones down the street from the hotel. Shady.

Great Hotel. Great prices for food (I paid 20 Euro for a complete meal) and a wonderful free breakfast to match. The staff were very friendly. If I needed something, they made it a priority to secure it. I will stay there again! David

A 5 star hotel at a 4 star price. If you want to know or do anything and need assistance ask [...] as he absolutely wonderful. Have not received better service from visiting over 100 countries.

Small details to be fixed for a 4 star hotel but all in all it's excusable for a business trip and location is fantastic for Romexpo fairs. Good variety and good breakfast BUT absolutely too much garlic in the mushrooms for a business hotel / breakfast.

This hotel was a real blessing
This hotel was a real blessing after taking 2 full days to travel from australia. From the driver who picked us up at airport, hotel staff when we checked in, beautiful comfy beds, white fluffy towels, free wireless, lovely meal in lovely restaurant, service provided by staff, - all just wonderful. Staff happily booked our train for early morning departure & breakfast was the most beautiful spread, it was a shame we had to rush off. Would definitely reccommend.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, Citytrip Mai 2012
Wir haben 4 Tage im Pullman WTC verbracht. Das Hotel liegt ca. 15-20 Min Busfahrt vom Flughafen entfernt. Man sollte vermeiden das Taxi am Flughafen zu nehmen, da kein Wille da ist einen Fixpreis auszuhandeln. Selbst wenn dann zur Orientierung ein Preis von bis zu 20 EUR erwähnt wird, kann man fast sicher davon ausgehen, dass der Preis am Ende der Fahrt noch einmal angehoben wird-spontan. Zum Pullmann kann man direkt mit den Bussen Nr. 780 + 783 fahren, die Station heißt Piata Presei Libere, Fahrschein kostet 3 Lei / Person. Achtung - diese 2 Busse sind Expresslinien, für welche immer ein Extra ticket gekauft werden muss. Das Hotel hat eine sehr ansprechende Lobby, auch die restliche Hotel- und Zimmerausstattung ist sehr schön und elegant. In den Zimmern kann man die Fenster nicht aufmachen. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Punkto Sauberkeit gibts volle Punktzahl! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vollkommen ausreichend, in Buffetform. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam, auch werden die Lebensmittel, die ausgehen, stets nachgefüllt. Alles insgesamt eine sehr gute Qualität. In die Stadt gelangt man aus dem Hotel ziemlich einfach. 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt ist die Busstation Piata Presei Libere, von welcher man mit dem BusNr 131 entweder zu Charles de Gaulle Platz und dort in die Metro einsteigt (M2,blaue Linie, Station Aviatorilor) oder weiter runter zu Piata Romana (Endhaltestelle) fährt, wo auch die M2 fährt. Vom Hotel kann man also in maximal 20 Minuten in die Stadt kommen. Achtung: Man benötigt in der U-Bahn gesonderte Fahrkarten, als für die Busse, da diese von 2 verschiedenen Gesellschaften betrieben werden. Die Menschen in Bukarest sind Turisten entweder nicht gewohnt oder sie wollen diese nicht willkommen heissen. Man kommt irgendwie mit English durch, schlimmstenfalls und oft auch mit Füßen und Händen. Meist verziehen die Leute dann das Gesicht, wenn man sich als Turist bekennt und Auskunft braucht. Nun, es gab aber auch ein paar wenige Ausnahmen. Sehr schade, bei der Freundlichkeit der Leute gibts Abzugspunkte. Die Stadt ist aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! eine sehr interessante, auch wenn widersprüchliche Stadt!
