This was the first time that I had paid to stay in a hotel that had been given a five star rating as this one had on the Orbitz website. We got a rate that was half of the regular low end room price so I wasn't too surprised that the room was not anything more than other hotels I have stayed in that didn't have that five star rating. It was fine...

I have stayed here twice now. The service is excellent and the location is ideal if you want to be right in the city center near the Kingdom Tower. Walking distance to several good restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast buffett is very nice and reasonably priced.

The hotel is becoming quite tired. The airconditioning didn't work properly - not what one needs in 46 degree heat. Following the saem problem, there was no cold water in the shower. Given the price, this really is unacceptable.
