Mercure (value) Hotel in Riyadh
The Mercure Hotel in Riyadh is a must miss. I did not have hot water the first day. I spoke with the front desk, they said it would be taken care of and I still did not have it when I checked out on the third day. The location, although by a huge mall (Grenada Center), is so far away from everything else that you spend what you might have saved on taxis. The staff is very polite but not helpful. by the end of the trip I would have setteled for rude but proactive. Not a good hotel. Not a good location. Save time, money and sanity: find a different hotel.
