Hotel is amazing value for money. Good location near MRT stations, walking distance to Chinatown. The rooms are clean and nicely designed. Seems like they just renovated. No special amenities or wow factors but it is more than good enough for most stays.

Well done and well located for business. I checked out, but because my flight was late, I used the business centre for five hours after check out. They also provided a "hospitality room" (in the spa) to freshen up befor going to the airport-at no charge

The Swissotel Merchant Court is in a perfect location to just walk to the Singapore Harbor area, in fact, Taxis can't even get you any further past of where the hotel is located, which is right at the beginning of the pedestrian only area. The rooms are fairly large and luxurious. The hotel lobby needs a bit improvement to create a more cozy feeling. Overall, this hotel is not inexpensive, but offers a great value.

Was really impressed with this property and the attention to detail placed on service. Stayed on the executive level and was not disappointed. Large room with a fantastic view - great decor - comfie bed and giant flat screen TV. Excecutive lounge was also great -- highly recommend! Will definitely stay again!

Returning to the Conrad after a year away I was greeted as though I were last seen just yesterday! The executive lounge is a huge plus with a friendly and attentive staff. The Concierge is equally helpful, attentive, and effecient. Although I have, I won't stay anywhere else while in Singapore.

フロントに居ます女性の態度が高圧的で、聞き取りにくいシンガポール訛りの非常が解りづらく、非常に早口の言葉でまくし立て、連泊の予定を事前に入れていたのですが、1泊づつフロントに来るように言われ、チェックイン後コンシェルジュにその旨の対応をクレーム付けましたら、平謝りでミスを認めて対応してくれました。Peninsulaではなく Excelsior 側の部屋でしたが、それなりに整っておりました。しかし、夜9時ごろ部屋でお酒を飲んでいましたら、いきなりルームサービスが何の前触れも無くマスターキーで入室してきました。ビックリし理由を問いただしましたら、勘違いの一点張りでした。セキュリティーに不安を感じましたし、高圧的なフロントの対応も加味して、二度とこのホテルは今後使わないと思います。

Was offered breakfast upgrade which was great value for money. As a result was upgraded to a higher floor overlooking the Marina.

1. Hotel location is situated in the center of the city where all parks and tourist spots are located.
2. Some of the amenities needs to be upgraded such as bedside switches to lights .
3. TV remote control are not available, you have to ask to be delivered to your room.

Enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn. The pool facilities were great,concierge was very helpful, room service prompt and location was terrific.

一泊一部屋二万強なので、シンガポールに行くのであれば一泊しない手はありません。ソフトドリンクはカジノで無料で飲めるし、フードコートはお手軽価格です。
とはいっても立地はよくなく、スタッフのサービスもよろしくないのでプールのためだけに大枚払ったという覚悟がないと不満が残りかねません。
空港との往復は無料バスがあるので便利です。ホテルから空港に行く際はノーチェックなので、非滞在者も乗れるかもしれません。

Stayed for six nights in June 2011. The ParkRoyal was a great place to stay. Rooms are big and well appointed. Complimentary WiFi is a bonus. Very clean and well looked after. In-house restaurants are very good and are good value. Good location and very easy to get around. Recomend it. Only one drawback - a little expensive, although it was worth it.

This time I really enjoyed stay. Because all the meal was including rate,you don't need to worry about what to eat.(but if you want to try local food you can find near by also).
Except reception staff,restaurant & Housekeeping staff was kind & warm.

The staff and entire premise of this great place is outstanding..it's like being on an all inclusive REGENT cruise. Room was really nice and the overall feel is invitng and the staff was great. Location is good for Singapore...would absolutely return...perfect for couples...good for families. The room is called a suite but by American standards more like a room.

Nice hotel, staff very helpful, all you can eat buffet breakfast (not included in room charge), great location on Merchant Road near the river for holiday/sightseeing. We took a Merchant Room which wasn't the cheapest but still very good value compared to the Orchard Road hotel prices. Nice room with good bathroom facilities - shower but no bath but that didn't bother us. They gave us late checkout FOC (1400 hrs) and they let us have a shower in the gym area later in the afternoon before we left for the airport.

Pretty but Small

The hotel is very pretty and recently renovated. I had a double room, but it was so small that two people could not fit in and even worst the suitcases. The hotel does provide you with shampoo, bath soap, comb, shaving cream, raisers, toothpaste, and toothbrush, but the bathroom was not completely clean. We did ask for more attention in the cleaning but it did not improve. The price and the location of the hotel are excellent.

Arrived early and I did appreciate the early admission to the cruise ship sized room.
The hotel is new, unique and attractive; however, I just could not get beyond the size of the room. There is no room, just a bed surrounded by three walls and a small aisle. The washroom is unusable after the shower is used: it is one in the same, in fact the entire bathroom floor is the drain for the shower.
The place has it's features, but I've never stayed in a hotel that has no windows in the room. It was weird to walk outside and go "oh, it's raining, why didn't I know this and dress for the weather...oh yeah, I can't see outside!"
As I knew what to expect by reading other reviews I was prepared and enjoyed my stay. Staff were nice, room was clean, location was great with the MTR Chinatown station right around the corner. Often walked down to the waterfront, an easy 10 minute stroll.
Would I stay again. No, I've done this one, I'll cross it off my list and move on to something bigger next time. My youth days are long gone.

Trying to be a 5* but in reality scrapes in at 4*.Small room, not cleaned daily, carpet fluffballs from previous occupant. The Spa is claustraphobic and seems to be an afterthought. Hot breakfast was barely warm. Luggage wasn't collected from room on morning of departure despite arranging 24hrs prior to departure. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Would I return, not sure.

The hotel was great, the hotel rooms were really new and the matress was just absolutely awesome. The location was also just right especially for young kids who would like to go to the Universal Studios next to it. The distance between the park and the hotel is just optimal, and can be accomplished by nearly everyone. Unfortunetely, although the hotel comfortness was good, the housekeeping staff wasn't as good as you would expect it to, we left our watch in the room right before we checked out, and you know what, a few days later we called back to check up on them and they said that they couldn't find it, when we were really certain that we left it at the hotel. The last thing that I thought that they could have improved was the price, although it is similar to the prices in the partner hotels, Hard Rock and Hotel Michael, I personally think that it is slightly overpriced.
