I found that this hotel provided
I found that this hotel provided for my needs at the time I was there. My only criticism was that I requested a non-smoking room, and I appeared to be on a smoking floor. This may have been because I arrived early, and I was given access to a room well before check-in time. therefore I did not complain to the hotel.

The Hotel was excellently located
The Hotel was excellently located right near the train station and a short walk to city hall. The staff were helpful and polite. Singapore was excellent. Recommend the free tour at the Singapore Art Museum.

Great location just a short walk
Great location just a short walk from City Hall MRT station. Nice hotel and friendly staff. I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so.

Staff were excellent nothing too
Staff were excellent nothing too much trouble. We stayed in executive room and the bathrooms in the original wing could do with an upgade however they were kept very clean.

We stayed two nights as Carlton
We stayed two nights as Carlton Club guests - our room was upgraded to a suite because of lack of Club rooms, which we very much appreciated. Check in was quick and efficient and baggage arrived to our room just after we did. Everything was spotlessly clean, towels were plentiful and soft and bed and pillows were very comfortable. A late check out was offered and internet access was free - there is also a PC for Club guest use in the Club Lounge. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the Club Lounge between 6-8pm were plentiful and varied - beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee accompanying a hot and cold snacks (sweet and savoury) buffet with prompt drinks service and lovely views over Singapore. Location is great for access to transport and shopping. We thought our stay was great value for money and would not hesitate to stay here again when next in Singapore.

This Hotel had all we needed
This Hotel had all we needed it is in an excellent position, its close to the start of Orchard Rd, right next door to Raffles hotel, just a 2 min walk to train stations. Would Absolutely stay here again. It's prices are on par with other Hotels, so its a fair rate. I would recommend this Hotel.

Excellent location, close to MRT
Excellent location, close to MRT and bus as well as a convenient supermarket in the basement of Raffles Plaza. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Great hotel. I love the location
Great hotel. I love the location opposite CHIJMES and it's very handy for the MRT train. The hotel is clean, modern and there are thoughtful touches in the room such as an international plug adapter. Everything you need is there. My only criticism is the price of the breakfast buffet - the choice was excellent and everything was always available, but $30 was a bit steep!
