Great Hotel - Great Service - Great Location
Was really impressed with this property and the attention to detail placed on service. Stayed on the executive level and was not disappointed. Large room with a fantastic view - great decor - comfie bed and giant flat screen TV. Excecutive lounge was also great -- highly recommend! Will definitely stay again!

Simply The Best
Returning to the Conrad after a year away I was greeted as though I were last seen just yesterday! The executive lounge is a huge plus with a friendly and attentive staff. The Concierge is equally helpful, attentive, and effecient. Although I have, I won't stay anywhere else while in Singapore.

disappointing Concierge taxi stand
The hotel location is great, the hotel is great very clean, nice pool and fitness area, very good buffet. Had great service by the staff except one incident left a very bad feeling. Was on our way to go to the night safari and was recommended by the conceirge to take a taxi and that it would be the fastest. went outside to the taxi area and the taxi conceirge waived us over and said here is a cab for you just give this slip to the cab driver. So we hopped in and when we got to the night safari the cab driver said it was $32, I questioned it as the conceirge said it would be about $20. the cab driver said that the card I had given him indicated that a hotel guest had reserved a cab, it had a room number and name on it but it wasn't mine. The cabby said it was $3.50 for reserving a cab and $10 because he was waiting for 10 minutes. I asked for the card back and the return taxi ride back to the hotel was only $16. a little bit of a scam here. I talked with the Duty manager the next day and he didn't do anything just apologized...still very disappointed to be taken advantaged of like that.

We stayed at this excellent hotel
We stayed at this excellent hotel for two nights. The room was large and well appointed. All the staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We liked the location which is close to an MRT station and within easy walking distance of the Singapore Flyer, etc. We enjoyed relaxing around the large outdoor pool located on the fourth floor. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Outstanding
A beautiful hotel conveniently located to shopping and other sites. The room and bath were spacious and beautifully appointed. The hotel service was impeccable. The Prominade MRT stop is at your door steps and there are good restaurants all around the hotel. The hotel gym was free and the best. Buffet breakfast was worth the additional cost. We would definitely return!!

Suntec mall is practically a part of the hotel and includes a large grocery store and movie theatre. Whatever your needs its near!

Excellent Hotel
Excellent Hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was all extremely helpful & the room (we stayed in King size business room) could not have been more comfortable. As we stayed in a business room we qualified for a 3pm checkout. Breakfast (included in the price)was in the business room overlooking the swimming pool & was first class. Hotel has good location - near Raffles Hotel & many other attractions. The concierge staff deserve a special mention.They helped us recover my wife's wallet which was left in a Kuala Lumpur Hotel. That KL hotel promised, but failed to send wallet but the Concierge staff continued to persue --even after we left the hotel to return to the UK. They have now contacted me to say they have received the wallet & are arranging to send it back to UK.
