Thee only downfall was the room
Thee only downfall was the room had two double beds instead of one queen/king. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an enjoyable stay. Will stay there in the future.

We loved our stay at your hotel!
We loved our stay at your hotel! The buffet was amazing, althought the waiters could inform customers of the 'off menu' options available such as fresh juices and coffee variaties. And also if the hotel could look into "halal options" for patrons. The Amenities were great and the rooms really lovely. The hotel could benefit from making free wireless available throughout every floor for all. An overall wonderful experience. 9.5/10

Excellent all round
Stayed here for 10 days and we had a wonderful time. The executive premier room was excellent with everything you could possibly wish for on a long stay. The attention to detail and service provided by the staff was nothing short of first class. Location is good but some distance from the nearest MRT which can be accessed by travelling through the shopping malls (more temptation!). Would definitely return to this hotel.

There is so much to see and the public transport system is superb and can get you to almost any corner of the island. Invest in an ez-link card which is fantastic value and can be used for both Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) and buses.

I love Conrad CEntennial. The service staff makes you feel like a queen. The price is good because there is a 50% discount during festivities. Parking is free and breakfast included. The bed is super comfortable and view superb.

We had a lovely spacious room,
We had a lovely spacious room, modern and clean. Sadly we were offered 2 singles or a king in the smoking area, but it was fine. The breakfast had lots of choice, great variety. Pool area was clean, ran out of towels and had to use the yellow covers. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
