Wonderful service with very helpful
Wonderful service with very helpful staff. The executive package which included all day drinks, breakfast, afternoon tea and supper was excellent value and quality.

Room was smelly, instead of changing room, they sprayed air freshner and put an ioniser which didn't help much.

Only "complaint" i have is their
Only "complaint" i have is their toiletries are extremely low quality which is a bit shocking for a super deluxe hotel like Conrad. Plastic bottles keep cracking & difficult to open, even facial cotton wool are like worse than 3rd world grade. Toothbrushes provided were also the worst ones I have ever used in the last 20 years.

I was surprised it didn't have
I was surprised it didn't have free wifi facilities. Also, the shower stall was not very clean however the service when around were great. They just never answered the phone whenever I happen to need anything. The location was great for watching the National Day celebrations. If the price had been a bit cheaper for what you get, I would stay there again.

Hotel was outstanding. The staff
Hotel was outstanding. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean with every little detail accounted for. Pillow menu made the bed even more comfortable. Buffet breakfast had an extensive range of food to choose from. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything you expect...
I've stayed at the Conrad a number of times previously and the service and welcome is always amazing. The rooms are lovely and they have the best high beds and gorgeous bathrooms - really maxes travelling a lovely experience...

Excellent room, staff were wonderful,
Excellent room, staff were wonderful, could not have been more helpful. Gave us early check in because it was our honeymoon and we arrived at 9:00am. Provided early access to internet at business centre before room was ready. Supplied with locker and pool facilities after checkout (before catching late afternoon flight) Most impressed, will certainly stay there again
