Absolutely wonderful hotel to
Absolutely wonderful hotel to stay and the staff are friendly and professional, 5 star quality. My only two suggestions for improvement is the breakfast tea, way too weak for anyone to taste any tea flavor and the shower mixer is not consistent, too hot for a minute every now and then.

年末年始の忙しい中でも、スタッフは笑顔を絶やさずとても良い感じでした。 ＭＲＴの駅からは多少距離があるが、雨にほとんど濡れずにホテルまでたどり着けること、タクシーを使用すればあまり駅からの距離は問題は無いと思う。

Waren leider nur ein Wochenende
Waren leider nur ein Wochenende im Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Execuitive Etage gebucht. Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr gut. Sehr grosses Bad mit Dusche und Wanne.Waren im 27. Stock. Konnten alle Annehmlichkeiten der Executive Lounge nutzen z.b. Frühstücksbuffet,Nachmittagstee, Snacks am Abend sowie alkoholische Getränke waren im Preis eingeschlossen. Unser Flug ging um 22uhr und mussten um 13 Uhr ausschecken. Gepäck konnte untergestellt werden und der Spa-Bereich zum Duschen konnte noch mit allen Annehmlichkeiten benutzt werden. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war hervorragend. Würde auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel wieder buchen, da es auch gute Anbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten hat, viele Shoppingmöglichten eingeschlossen. Hatten einen 2-Tagespass für den Hippo-Bus, der direkt hinter dem Hotel an der SunTecMall abfuhr und 5 verschiedene Touren anbot.
