Enjoyable stay!
The staff was very nice especially the Chinese restaurant Manager Daniel. We arrived at closing and he still accomodated us; Charmae at the Cafe was very attentive; Jasmine at the front desk was friendly. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and stream. Nice hotel and delicious food. We will be back!

The hotel was clean and the service was good in general. A bit far from what's happening in Singapore, but since the taxi is relatively inexpensive, it's ok. Singapore's hotel rates have done up more than 100% in my opinion, I stayed in Conrade 2 summers ago and paid much less than Copthrone King this summer. Happy Voyage!

The shower has no hot water, the
The shower has no hot water, the basin has no cold water! Something was definitely wrong with the water system in there. Bath tub didn't look too clean to me as well, hence, no enjoyable bubble bath (not that its achievable with no hot water). The pros of the room is the sound proof factor of the room. Had a couple of friends over for the evening and lots of giggling, but no complains nor feedback from any other occupants.

Outstanding and well appointed
The hotel has moderen with nice clean atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was marginal in its quality. Small details were lacking - consistent houskeeping for example. The service otherwise was outstanding.

A shuttle to Orchid St was available during the day at a variety of times which made shopping very easy.

Modern hotel. Our bathroom and bedroom could have done with refurbishment. But pricing for good location was good value. Breakfast and anything from bedroom bar is expensive. For those who want to shop it is located quite a distance form Orchard Rd but there is a hotel shuttle bus. However within walking distance of Chinatown and also Boat and Clarke Quay (the latter about 15/20 mins).

bit far from CBD (not within walking
bit far from CBD (not within walking distance) but shuttle bus is provided FOC to city centre. Very friendly doorman. Wished that we were given a 'frontal view' rather than given 'back view' when we requested for a 'room with a view'.
