well, the air-con is just too
well, the air-con is just too cold, I feel freeze in there, and the breakfast provided is really not good enough. other than that, it is great.

A lovely facility but the jaccuzi
A lovely facility but the jaccuzi was not heated, a disappointed with a pulled back muscle! Being closer to the MRT or shopping area would have been nice... but we didn't mind the walking.

My 2 friends and I thoroughly
My 2 friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (delux) was big even with an extra bed in it. The bathroom had a bath/shower and a separate shower. And there was even a walk-in wardrobe!!! The main city area (Orchard Road, Clarke Quay etc..) was about 5-10minutes in a taxi (which are very good value compared to some cities). There was also a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios on Sentosa and from there you could get the skytrain (also free) to the beaches etc. The pool area was nicely done although on the small side for the size of the hotel and the gym was good for a hotel gym. Overall a very successful trip and will hopefully be back in the near future!

Great location for visiting Orchard
Great location for visiting Orchard Road and China Town. A bit isolated for other areas of interest, but taxi service is easy and cheap. Enjoyed the stay, great breakfast.

Nice, but not exceptional
Stopped off in SIngapore on my way to Jakarta and this hotel was suggested to me. It was very nice,clean and quiet, but pricey for the location. No nearby options to eat, etc. Next time, I would stay up on Orchard Road for less money and be much happier - more oppruntity to get out and walk and work off the jet lag..

Enjoyed the location of the hotel.
Enjoyed the location of the hotel. very much . Although our room was quite small , the hotel was spacious and very clean. (Very cold airconditioning in the main hotel areas). We were able to walk from the central river frontage,near the museums, along by the river, back to the hotel very easily, and this made for a really enjoyable experience. Sitting outside the hotel ,under the gazebo, at night was lovely. We would definately return.

A very good hotel. I have only minor complaints. The tea served for breakfast was easily the worst tea I have ever had, the coffee was poor, and no milk in the rooms for the in-room tea. Apart from those item, excellent and good value.
