Landmark Village Hotel by Far East Hospitality Singapore

Price was good, location decent and close to downtown. Some of the equipment in room didn't work

The hotel wanted to transfer me to a very remote new hotel at 12pm when I arrived, telling me that the room I booked was full， even mentioning I didnt need to pay extra and could transfer me back the following day if I wished. I only had one day and two nights in Singapore then. After I refused their offer and asked to talk to hotel manager, the staff replied that they found one more empty room as I booked...... The room is quite neat and clean, but no sofa or armchair, only a desk and deskchair. Nightstands are very far from bed, so you need to rise and reach the switch on the side of nightstands. The whole hotel is scented, but just now my flavor. Very good location, close to Little India and just a couple of minutes away from Bugis station, where there are plenty of shopping mall, complex and small shops. All in all, I dont think I will stay there again or recommend to any of my friends to stay if being asked.

we were booked in a standard room which was simply appaling wallpaper was scrapping off walls, ripped - dirty carpets leaky bathroom and the whole room smells foul we upgrded to the premiere club room for additional cost to our disappointment it was exactly same size, set-up room with bit less worn out chattels at about $250 singapore dollars a night we ended up paying it simply appaling in terms of what u get

The staff at the hotel did everything to make the stay very pleasant. The breakfast included with the room leaves a lot to be desired, lacks variety and imagination

This hotel location is very close SMRT, Bugis Junction, Arab Street, Golden Mile, Mustafa Centre, Sim Lim Square, Waterloo Centre, Raffles City and everything else in between. Restaurant is everywhere close by. Eventhough the hotel is quite old, we don't mind staying here again on our next trip.

We had a nice spacious and clean room with a nice view. Check in and check out was quick and smooth.

Firstly the previous occupants of my romm had trashed the carpet, which was a mess. Disappointed that there was no extractor in bathroom,as a result everything was streamed up for some time. Tv connection was not very good. Bed was comfortable. In the breakfast bar ,there was no fresh milk,only long life. The bacon was terrible. Service was good by staff.Reception staf were courtious.

We have stayed in this hotel many times. The rooms are large and their Exec Floor package suits us well. It is great to be able to escape the heat of Singapore to the quiet of the lounge and enjoy a free coffee. The only negative is the breakfast. Exec members can use any of 3 restaurants, but all have a poor selection of food offered.

Good location, old furniture, expensive breakfast not included in the room price

The rooms were comfortable but no where to find time(clock radio, etc. The hotel entrance and lobby has an overwhelming scent of incense which could give one a headache if not used to it. I noticed that front desk staff were not very cordial to some customers. I was left alone for several minutes without explanation while they confirmed the [...] confirmation I showed them. I thought they had forgotten and when they did come back to me, they were less than enthusiastic.
