Moon Hotel Singapore

The rooms are tiny, and most dont have windows. It smells and I really would not recommend this hotel to any friend of mine. Not for that price. Maybe for US 20-30 per night max.

Funky hotel, great if you want a clean, fresh place to sleep and a nice breakfast, but not if you want a "hotel experience" with loads of space and service. I loved it, would stay here again.

The staff are excelllent- friendly and provide good service. The location is close to Little India MRT and not far from Bugis MRT. You can walk to the Colonial area and also the Islamic area- must visit the Mustafa Centre. Rooms are clean and everything you need is provided. 2 beers, 2 soft drinks, 2 waters, 2 juices free daily in the mini bar. The rooms are VERY very small. We had a window-some rooms do not. Happy hour is each afternoon at 5pm - 5 free drinks provided for each room. Breakfast is included in the price- basic cereal, toast, pastries and some hot food - good coffee. If you do not mind very small rooms this is a good hotel.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Moon Hotel, however, it would be great if the staffs at the reception could smile more. I also do not like the part where I am sleeping and I can hear ladies outside my room talking loudly.

Friendly and helpfull hotel staff, poor facility, and the room very small

Great location for walking to Singapore History Museum and Little India marketplace. Executive room was only big enough for 1 person. Bed was on a platform that you had to crawl onto to get into bed - very difficult if you are older. Modern style hotel - complimentary cocktails from 5-7 p.m. Friendly staff. Airport shuttle service not complimentary.

This was beautiful minimalist hotel included the room size. unfortunetely, I'd hardly couldn't moved our big suitcase due to the room size. the hotel's associates was warm and welcome, room is clean and new. and it more to the short stay with no suitcase. Do not surprise with NO windows room and covered with fabrics... good decoration to cover the imperfection.

Nice new hotel, we had breakfast included in price. Hotel offers complimentary drinks between 5 and 7 pm, and fresh coffee and tea during day and night. Also free Wifi. Be prepared for practical, but very small rooms! Also when hotel is quite full, staff can not keep up with breakfast and breakfast area is too small. All in all: good value for money!

Rooms clean and mod , no where to really hang your clothing outside rooms , indoor rooms you can but need to be in excess of 7 foot tall also they have no windows , bit like a cell albeit with nice decor . The hotel takes a $50 sing per night for your stay and takes up to two weeks to refund to your credit card , most hotels don't actually deduct a deposit from your card straight away but take an amount which on departure as long as you dont do the rock star thing with the room its never actually deducted . Staff are nice and helpful . I myself wouldn't recommend the hotel ..but if your in Singapore check it out and add your thoughts .
