Not happy

It was a great location I got in late 1 in the morning, there was no comforter on the bed or sheets for that matter the room had not been vacuumed and the toilet had already been used . The staff were very helpful in trying to rectify all the problems and offered to waive the Internet fee that is 28 dollars for a 24 hour period and also comp breakfast But for a Novotel I didn't expect this sort of oversight More hassles than I needed

Clarke Quay has great dining options but they're pricey, wander into a neighborhood for more reasonable value meals. All in a short walk or via MRT.

Stayed for 2 nights as a stopover

Stayed for 2 nights as a stopover to U.K I got to the hotel late but checking in was a bit slow , room was nice (2509), clean, good bed, big TV and nice shower. The room did not face Clarke Quay so was very quiet. The hotel is right next to Clarke Quay, turn left out of hotel and it’s about 50 meters walk to restaurants. check in desk is on the 7th floor, then it’s off to another set of lifts to go to your floor..this does get a bit tedious after the first few times. Staff were friendly and efficient, pool was big and well maintained. All requests were tended to promptly. I didnt try the breakfast, a bit to pricey but the mall next door does have a maccas and star bucks as well as a food hall with lots of local food with great prices. Centre of town is only a short 15 -20 minute stroll around the park..Its a nice walk... Only downside is there is no free wifi and access is very pricey, they do have 4 0r 5 pc's in main lobby for use in 20 minute lots
