Great Experience.
First time staying at a ParkRoyal hotel and it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Its located right next to the City Square Mall, within walking distance to Sim Lim Square., ilam Mall and the world famous Singapore Market.

Good Better and will be the best
I had a late nite meeting at Park Royale in kitchener road,the staff were very courteous.In the Orchid club,[...],the suoervisor was extremely courteous and was very friendly towards me and my guest from KL

Horrible dirty hotel
This hotel might have a nice lobby and good breakfast but the rooms are very dirty. Carpets and bedding was stained. There was dust on all surfaces and you could hear the generator/air conditioner machine in stereo surround sound. Very difficult to sleep. "Non smoking" room smelt like smoke. Surely you can get a better hotel for the same price. The reception staff was rude and thought they were doing you a favour by letting you stay at this hotel. Obviously very popular with the Indian crowd because of the location.

Convenient location just across
Convenient location just across the street from Farrar park MRT and City Square mall. It is next to Mustafa shopping center where you can buy almost anything there . Service is good, Indian food is plenty near by. I like to stay again next time.

great staff, 3 1/2 - 4 star hotel
Hotel is located by Little India. It's pretty far away from business area, China Town or the tourist attraction like the marina and Santosa. I believe the hotel just remodeled. Hotel is ok but the bed is very hard. I have the Orchard Club which they offer some breakfast, snack, coffee and juices which are nice. Gym is well equipped and pool is nice. Buffet brakfast is so so and is very crowded. Overall is not bad but becuase of the location, I will choose somewhere in the marina or business district in the future.

Mustafa Center right behind the hotel is 24 hours shopping mall. A lot of different varieties of shop in the mall. I heard you could bargain there too.

close to my favourite destinations !
hotel meets my business meeting requirements. but i find the club louge closes at 10 pm ,that criples my late business meetings! it must be open atleast by 11.30 for singapore standards!

a good business travellers address in singapore who is a south indian and looks for south indian food choices in and around!nearness to metro and shopping saves time .friendly eve happy hrs at the orchid lounge saves money on fellow entertainment charges!
