FANTASTIC! wonderful hotel and excellent staff thank you to everyone. hotel in nice location near Clark Quay and about 10 mins walk to nearest MRT, the hotel does have a shuttle bus that runs at various time through the day. We had a club room, although the room was small, it was well equipped. The staff service within the Crystal Club was superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Nice pool, location
My husband and I are workout enthusiasts and enjoyed the pool a lot. We were allowed an early check-in, but had to settle for a room facing the city buildings rather than the river. Great location- near Clarke Quay restaurants /nightlife.

Get what you pay for
Much less expensive than other hotels in Singapore, with a friendly staff and wonderful location. The thing that turned me off was not the two twin beds, since I did not specify in my reservation, nor the lack of an ironing board, which could be written off as a cultural difference. No, the reason I'll never be here again was the fleas I saw jumping in the bathroom. Maybe I'm not being charitable to the hotel but I should have known something would be wrong with the cheapest hotel available. All that said, it is a good deal, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. A few minutes to the MRT by foot and you can see Clarke Quay from here.

The train system is great. But taxis are cheap and they never rip you off or waste your time, traffic flows quickly with little or no delays. Saves a lot of time using taxis.

Overall good hotel for its price in good location
Very nice.Room is a bit small but enough. Free Wifi but only available in the lobby, lobby restaurant and 2nd floor. No wifi in rooms. Nice swimming pool. Nice staffs.

Access to the Crystal Club certainly
Access to the Crystal Club certainly lifted my experience here. A great location in terms of bars etc. Shuttle bus to City Hall MRT handy. Extremely helpful staff.

I booked this hotel for a girl's
I booked this hotel for a girl's birthday. I was completely tramatised when i checked into the room. The size is smaller than what was shown online. I then called to upgrade my room & they said all are the same sizes. It's gonna be disappointing for her. I could easily get bigger and classier 5star hotel for about $30 extra elsewhere. This hotel isn't even 5star i guess. Yet it's almost the same price!! The birthday girl; an indonesian girl- who came & left 9pm to the cab waiting area. One of the indian staff was very rude to my friend. He ONLY opened the door to welcomed/send-off caucasians guests. When it was my friend's turn, he gave a look like obviously she was not a hotel guest and DID NOT even open the cab door for her. He just WALKED away!! Most staffs are very friendly but the cleaners are weird!!Knock on my door EARLY MORNING 9am+ to wake me up and ask stupid things like "If i've consumed anything from the frigde?".

Wonderful Hotel
The Park Hotel was comfortable and the staff proved to be incredibly attentive. The location was great, right next to the River Walk.

Good hotel. Nice quiet location
Good hotel. Nice quiet location short cab ride from everything and 5 mins walk to restaurants at Clarke Quay. Bed and pillows were a bit on the firm side but other than that a good place to stay. Great pool for colling off after a long day of shopping in Singapore.

Hotel and staff where excellent,
Hotel and staff where excellent, the room was a reasonable size, the reason for me booking this hotel was due to the fact that it said that it had a Laundry service and laundry facilities (which to me means i can do my own washing) but it didn't have this so i had to either hand wash or pay! So i guess you could say our room looked like a chinese laundy at times.
