Good Value, best for short-term stay.
Friendly, welcoming staff and clean comfortable room. Sadly let down by a strong smell of damp and slightly damp sheets on the beds due to the fact that the room had no window. The air conditioning made the room feel chilly and unfortunately fellow-guests were very noisy. All in all though, the room was inexpensive so we didn't expect perfection!

We stay 3 nights at this hotel
We stay 3 nights at this hotel and found that the location is very strategic and easy to reach. The bus stop is right outside the hotel although the MRT station is a bit far. However we could reach the nearest MRT station (Newton) by taking bus no. 124 and could continue our journey via this station.

As this is more of a budget hotel,
As this is more of a budget hotel, so don't expect a driveway for the hotel. If you r traveling just by yourself or friends it's fine, but not a great place if you have toddlers. We asked for non-smoking room but the air flow around the place isn't great so you can smell cigarette smoke. The staff are helpful but can be a bit rude. Public transport is right at your door step. Food is convenient as there are nice eatery along Balestier Rd. Not a bad place to stay if u r after a budget hotel.

There is no place for you to stop
There is no place for you to stop and loading in front of hotel as it's a very busy road. Insufficient parking. you need to find the parking near HDB which is five minutes walk. No window. location inconvenient for visitor without own transport as quite far from MRT.
