Far East Traveler
Older hotel. Looking shabby
The hotel is located close to Orchard Road which is good for shopping, but... 1. The room smelled like mildew; 2. The delux room was larger, but it looked like they simply put the same amount of furniture as a standard room so it looked empty and barren; 3. Antiquated lighting; 4. Bathroom was clean, but sparten; 5.

The hotel is located withing walking distance of Orchard Rd. (Lucky Plaza); very convenient. I felt everything was good, but the value-for-the-money on the breakfast is questionable. It's also disappointing to have to pay so much for internet service when it is free in so many hotels these days. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Good option for Orchard Road and downtown Singapore
Very positive experience. Nice, spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Friendly check-in and concierge staff. Just five minutes' walk from Orchard Road with the advantage of being in a quiet road with very little through traffic.

Nice, clean hotel, great location
Nice, clean hotel, great location and very pleasant staff attending. Food outlets pretty average but with Orchard road near that really did not matter. Definitely a place to stay again.
