- One Bedroom Ocean View
- One Bedroom Units have one king bed and Queen sofa bed in living/dining room. Balcony or ground-floor terrace with two-chair dining set, cushioned lounge chair providing view of Caribbean Sea. Fully equipped kitchen with four-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and two-stool breakfast bar. Two TVs with U.S./international cable channels, DVD/VCR combinations. Ceiling fans plus air conditioning. Two tile bathroom with stall showers (no tubs).

Great view
Arrived late, the staff was very helpful and the room was better than expected a very pleasant surprise. Great spot if you are taking the ferry to anguilla.

Best Hotel for anyone
Every one was very helpfull. The grounds and rooms were well kept. The pool bar and dining was good. The food was good and service. When we go to Sint Maarten again we will stay here.

Short drive from hotel
Go to the Sunset beach bar to watch planes taking off and landing. On the French side go to Orient Beach it had great waves.

Home away from home
Good location with great views. Many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were a little run down but were kept very clean. We rented a car to travel to the French side but a bus was available to ride on the Dutch side. Many excursions were available and all could be booked through the activities desk. The beach was clean and had a lot of beach chairs. The rooms were well equipped with full kitchens and a laundry room was on the premises. We would stay at this resort again.

fantastic family getaway
Perfect location, the hotel beach is not all that but maho beach is like 10 minutes away and good restaurant around.

Great location - close drive to airport, Phillipsburg, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. AC worked well. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Love the 2-for-1 happy hour at the pool bar. Hotel looked well kept (especially after seeing other hotel options in the area). I would stay there again.

Family Trip
Royal Palm Beach Resort is an excellent place to stay! My wife and I along with our 3 year old have stayed here on 2 occasions and found it to be wonderful. The rooms are very clean, the location is convenient, the beach is wonderful and the staff are the extremely helpful! We will definitely be staying here again!

AWESOME SCENERY! PERFECT LOCATION!!!
You cant go wrong with this Resort. The scenery is awesome day and night. There are about 20 restaurants within walking distance. The best being across the street, The Carribean Grille Flavors. Fish and chips and kabobs are the best!!! did I mention the beach...small but beautiful.

Grocery stores are two blocks in each direction..Nice food and beer prices!

Awfull
7 nights. There was no room service. No towels, no toilet paper, nothing. There was a cleaning cost if we wanted after 5 days on the hotel there is no Maid Service and we were not told about this. They wanted to charge for towels and everything else.

Long family weekend
Front desk staff were very accomodating. Two bedroom condo was perfect. Restaurants across the street were great-especially Lee's. Only issue is that you need cash to buy drinks in the pool since it is not run by the hotel. Parking was convenient.
