- The bedrooms while clean and comfortable are in need of refurbishment to make them more attractive to the international traveler. The bedroomslike the rest of the hotel are decorated in dark colours. The bathrooms are medium sized like the rooms and are tiled and old fashioned. Rooms are badly in need of renovation.

- The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is large and spacious. The decor is dark. However, natural light makes it more attractive for the guests but like the rest of the hotel it is in need of renovation.

Basic but adequate for our needs
Basic but adequate for our needs and a bargain price. No luxuries but very pleasant. Breakfast brilliant, great location and nice staff.

Don't expect 5 star (or 3 or 4)
Don't expect 5 star (or 3 or 4) then you won't be disappointed but very good value for money. Hotel is in need of some TLC in places but we, a married couple in late 60's, enjoyed our stay there, the room was clean and the food reasonable for the price. bar, restaurant, pool table, and Kofola for the vending machine. Very convenient for town centre and the 13 tram from Hlavna Stanica (we stayed on till SNP stop, actually on the way back to HS, strangely it does not stop on its way down), then walk round the corner and it's the tower block, harder to miss that the Tesco sign.

Value for money and location and breakfast were excellent. It depends what you expect from your stay. Rooms are very old looking. Also full of stag dos. But I would stay again as it's so conveniently located to the center and at much cheaper price than rest of the hotels in the area.

Better than expected. It was very basic and retro cool. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and the staff, especially Robert, was very helpful. It is also very centrally located. We would stay again.
