Hilton Durban hotel

Traveled to South Africa from the United States for a safari as well as visits to major South African cities; Johannesburg, Durban & Cape Town. In Durban, we stayed at the Hilton and were incredibly impressed with the hotel staff, amenities, dining options and overall rooms. The staff at the hotel was more than accommodating to all of our needs and questions and went out of their way to make us feel "at home." The hotel offerred an impressive complimentary gym and pool as well as numerous bars and dining options. I would strongly recommend this hotel for both business purposes and leisure stays.

one of Durban's finest hotels, unfortunately, use of the gym, WIFI, and parking garage costs extra.

Experience was good. Service was good, even though I didn't need anything much but rest. Location was goo for shopping at the local markets, so I liked that.

The Durban Hilton is at the top of my ratings throughout my local, national and international travels. The staff were extraordinary and no request for assistance was not attended to. The room was cleaned every morning while we went to breakfast and bed turn down was done daily. I cannot say enough on the positive about this hotel and the service we received during our week there.

Med tanke på att rör sig om 5-stjärnig hotell så hade jag inte förväntat mig mögel på badrumsväggen. Helt omöjligt att missa. Fick klaga två gånger att få det åtgärdat. I restaurangen fick vi notan utan att vi frågat efter det. Det var en timme innan de skulle stänga. Aldrig upplevt tidigare. Tänkte beställa mer men nu blev det inte så.
