Park Inn Sandton

My sunglasses were stolen from my room. A creepy guest followed me around. Except for the front desk staff, the service was painfully slow and not customer-oriented. I received a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking. And the "secure" garage left the booms up and the entrance unattended.

This hotel was very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was internet and a variety of channel selections. The bathroom is very modern. I would not recommend sharing this room with someone other than a close relative, because the bathroom facilities do not provide the type of privacy most Westerners are accustom too. Other than the that the food was great, free shuttle for travel within Sandton, and great location for food and shopping.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel in September-2012. I have no complaints about this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were both a modern setup and very clean each day. The food served at the restaurant is good and the bar/outside sitting is a great place to sit and have a drink. The hotel is located a short distance from Nelson Mandela square and other areas of Sandton. A nice amenity offered by the hotel is shuttle services to this area throughout the day and night until 2am.

I was very pleased at the cleanliness. The greeting on the flat screen welcoming you with soft music and your name on it. Food is wonderful at the restaurant. Staff was very attentive. Only problem was waking up to noisey tracktors and backhoes working on my side of the room at 7am.

the hotel are offer the comfortable rest transit point for next destination for Kruger national park and sun city the lost city. We will recommend to all the traveler who seeking the safety and comfortable neither at the prize wise. We will stay again whenever we make the next visit at gautheng ZA.

The hotel facility are so so,however it cover by the hotel'staff willing nest and very helpful to informed the route information. Will recommend only for a friend which are looking for information services on their tour information but not for the comfortable on the hotel facility such as luxury wise.

We arrived at the hotel after flying from Germany to J'burg. Our room was not ready when we arrived which was a bit annoying, as we just longed for a shower and a nap. This, however, wasn't the hotel's fault, as check in was at 2, and we arrived around noon. The room are clean and nice--quite contemporary in decor. The restaurant was tasty and the staff attentive. The location is the best, as Sandton is much safer and nicer than J'burg. The biggest complaint we had was with the check in and check out process. We must have waited 45 minutes in queue to check out, as two people worked the desk but took forever for each guest.

Good loation, clean and tastfully decorated room,excellent shower and friendly servie, quality food, nice swimming pool.

This is a very comfortable, new hotel. The staff were excellent, let us come in early, gave us a late checkout and were most helpful in many ways. The breakfasts were excellent and the facilities very bright and comfortable. The hotel is well-placed for Sandton and access to the highway, and made our trip a pleasure.
