The Peech is an eco-chic boutique hotel set in Johannesburg's suburb of Melrose. The hotel has sixteen bedrooms spread over a lush one acre garden and a sophisticated bistro restaurant. Blending chic design with the latest technology and a sustainability policy that includes eco-friendly solutions like solar water heating and grey water recycling, The Peech attracts business and leisure guests alike. - Garden Room
- Our Garden rooms overlook the hotel's lush gardens. They are designed with separate business & relaxation areas and have a private patio or balcony facing onto the gardens. Indigenous African furnishings, crisp white sheets and nguni skins give the rooms a natural feel. Details like iPod docking stations, flat screen TV, high-speed WiFi and low energy air-conditioning complete the rooms. The bathrooms have 'Raindance' showers and separate baths, Hans Grohe fittings and products from Gilchrist & Soames.
- Garden Suite
- Our Garden Suites are the hotel's newest and largest rooms at over 60m2. They feature over-size bathrooms and an open-plan bedroom & living space. Designed to allow simultaneous sharing of a work and relaxation space, the rooms have an espresso machine, iPod docking station, flat screen TV, high-speed WiFi and low energy air-conditioning. A hanging pod chair gives views over their private patio or garden. Solar geysers and grey water recycling ensure the rooms are a key part of the hotel's sustainability strategy.

- The Peech is located in Melrose, a chic suburb between Sandton, Rosebank and Melrose Arch. Sandton, the city's business hub, is ten minutes by car. Rosebank & Melrose Arch's shops are five minutes. The airport is 45 minutes by car or 25 minutes by Gautrain & taxi. The hotel is opposite the James & Ethel Gray Park and adjacent to the Planet Fitness Wanderers gym (to which guests have access).

- Our bistro is headed up by Greg Jardim, our head chef, and Robert Chifunyise our wine buyer. Recently renovated to have sandstone floors, deep leather couches and a walk-in wine cellar, the bistro overlooks the hotel's pool & landscaped gardens.
