Great value , clean & tidy room Friendly staff and good restaurant, easy to access for all commercial requirements as well as transport,

Convenient. Its near an airport bus station and the subway (seoul metro). The hotel is also near coffee shops and restaurants. Comfortable place. Rooms are cleaned everyday. You can cook your own food and do your laundry. Nice staff. They speak English. They assist costumers in any way they can.

I was happy to stay here during my holidays. It would be better to have the Gym and Sauna available.

Right between Gangnam and Kyodae station, this provides excellent access to good restaurants, shopping areas, movie theaters, and banks. The room itself was great and comfy. The only thing that bothered me a little was noise from the highway nearby.

As pointed out by another member, the location on the map is incorrect, but the hotel can be easily found if you take the 6020 Yeoksam airport bus from ICN. Just get off at the Jinheung Apt stop (7th stop). The ticket costs 15,000W. The ride took about an hour around noon time. The hotel would not allow early check in, but there are many coffee shops in the area (West of the hotel), closer to the National Univ of Education Station. On the East side of the hotel is Gangnam, which is a hot spot for shopping and dining. The hotel is just about in the middle, just West of the highway. I stayed in the Crystal Suite, which is a good sized room. Since I only stayed for a day, I didn't use any of the kitchen amenities. The bathroom was clean and simple. My room faced the highway, so it was a bit noisy. The windows, even when closed, are not very sound proof.

The rooms are very nicely furnished! Brand new everything. Hotel staffs are polite and friendly. However English could use some improvement. One bad thing about the hotel is the most taxi driver have no idea where it is. . Make sure you get the hotel's number to the driver when getting on and get them to call the hotel.However, surrounding area is nice and upscale Inside the hotel you got everything you need to cook and wash your cloths with. BIG samgsung TV and free internet is always a plus! Five star hotel's room at 3 star hotel's price!

I stayed all three of Art Nouveau City I, II, and III. This is my favorite one due to clean and open view.

Warning: Map is wrong, it is located on tehran-ro right beside the expresway, across the street from the airport bus stop (Jimheu apt) could not be better coming from ICN. We stayed there 3 nights Sep. 22 to sep 25, 2011. Room was spacious, room has all the electronic controls that I have never encoutered in any other hotel, takes a little learning. Has a combination toilet and bidet, including a warmed seat, beautiful, could have sat there and read a whole book. It also includes a combo washing machine and dryer which came in handy. All instructions are in Korean, so you must look at the symbols to figure it out. Locaion: South of the river, so it depends on what you want to do, We used the subway a lot,cheap and efficient and easy to use, signage is in English. We also used cabs, quite cheap, You do not tip the cab driver, I overpaid by 100 won and he gave it back. very good experience. Hint: get the places you want to go written down in Korean (front desk) and the Hotel card with instructions how to get back, you will not have any problems. We went to the War Memorial, had a guided tour in English, gives a very good appreciation of Korean history. (check with them when the tours are offered, free). Tremendous display of tanks, aircraft, helicopters etc.
