Fun, Relaxing, Short....
Hotel location was great. South Korea subway lines are the best. The staff at the hotel was 1st class! Wish they had an out door pool. Rooms could have been bigger, but worked out. Food was great and our view wasn't half bad.

Lotte World is right next door to the hotel. It's not as big as Disneyland, but worth checking out if you have kids. If you stay at Lotte World Hotel, must visit the food court in the basement level of the Lotte Market. It's right next to the subway and you won't be disappointed! Always carry a subway map as this is the most logical way to travel in Seoul.

pillow smelled little. otherwise, service was very good. there was no wireless internet connection. the internet system allowed only one laptop computer per account. I and my daughter had laptops, we were able to activate only one. If we wanted to use both computer, then we had to purchase another account for the other computer. the location is very convenient to use subway. overall it was good. I can recommend to others.

Great Place in a Great City
Stayed on the Executive level. The service there was tremendous and the cocktail (3.5) hour was very enjoyable and relaxing. We ordered room service one night and that left a lot to be desired (slow, food was rather poor), but then we headed out to the concierge level for some free food and that more than made up for it. Great place, I'd recommend it to anyone.
