Helpful and polite front desk
Helpful and polite front desk and housekeeping staff. Had a very good breakfast buffet, nice small gym and rooftop sundeck. Location is excellent; a couple of blocks from the beach with great restaurants and tapas bars as well as many of the Alicante sights and attractions all close by. Rooms were pleasant, clean, reasonably well-appointed and quiet for the most part. I'd stay there again and/or recommend it to a friend.

Pleasant hotel in excellent lo
Pleasant hotel in excellent location. Rooms not overlooking the Plaza are a bit dark. Reception staff very helpful.

an excellent, business user type
an excellent, business user type hotel aswell as holidaymakers. shame the square to the front is being repaved at the moment with very noisy hydraulic eqpt going all day, will be lovely when done. a small interesting antique/fleamarket in the cloisters on a sunday morning immediately outside the hotel door. views of the santa barbara castle from front balconys excellent. all round very good, would return.

unsurpassed quality
all of the streets adjacent to the hotel were closed due to street construction, making it impossible to access by car. this of course is not the fault of the hotel, i'm sure it is not a problem when the streets are open. otherwise, the hotel itself was first class. the lobby area is small and unimpressive, but the rooms are chic, smart and clean. great location within 1 block from the marina, beach and waterfront promenade.

La localización y el servicio
La localización y el servicio por parte de los empleados fue excelente. Pero la habitación que nos dieron no correspondía a un hotel de 4 estrellas, dificilmente podría clasificarse como 3 estrellas.

Mi estancia en el Hotel fue buena,
Mi estancia en el Hotel fue buena, pero me gustaría hacer hincapié que en los dos minuntos que tardé en coger la habitación dejé mi coche aparcado frente al ayuntamiento de Alicante y los funcionarios locales tuvieron tiempo más que suficiente para colocar mi coche en una grúa, con la consiguiente sanción... fueron dos minutos... (gente realmente acogedora). tened cuidado
