The Meli Alicante Hotel was inaugurated in 1973 and has become one of the most emblematic hotels in the city of Alicante. Throughout its history it has seen several thorough renovations, the most important of which has been under way since 2003 and which has brought about a radical transformation in the facilities and image of the hotel. Great location by the beach and by the old town. Can get airport shuttle to outside the hotel. Very busy on the saturday - weddings all around the pool area No facilities to shower on last day Provided towels for the beach

It was nice.

The hotel room was spacious and clean with a balcony. Our view of the ocean and Santa Barbara Castle was beautiful. The beds were cozy and the bathroom was big! The hotel is very close to a beach. Based on the pics, you feel it is on the beach, where you can go out the door and put your feet on sand...but you have to walk around the block to get to the beach.

Fantastic Family Getaway

The view from our room of the Mediterranean was breathtaking. The white, sandy beaches and beautiful blue water combined with surrounding mountains and a marina filled with yachts made for prime photo ops. Not all, but some of the counter staff spoke English. Alicante is the most beautiful area I have ever visited.

This hotel is in a very central location on the beach and near the city center. Big rooms.

desastroso!!!!!!!!!!!! como un

desastroso!!!!!!!!!!!! como un hotel de playa, frente al mar con 30 grados durante el dia puede decidir no encender el aire acondicionado en todo el establecimiento salvo en el hall de entrada!!! nunca mas volveré.
