Very nice hotel but far from the center
Staff are very friendly, hotel is very clean and nice. Metro and bus stations are just next door. You need them to go everywhere. There is no much going around the hotel. Be careful about the concert arena almost next door. They had concerts going till 2AM two nights when we were there. Pretty loud concerts - that you cannot sleep. Another night a group of American youngsters checked-in. They kept slamming doors after midnight. Then they got together in one room and ordered food service. It was an all-night shouting and laughing. The hotel staff didn't do anything about it.

NICE HOTEL-FAR FROM THE CITY CENTER
THE HOTEL WAS GREAT......VERY MODERN. THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THE LOCATION. IT WAS ABOUT 15MINS BY METRO......HOWEVER THE METRO IS VERY EASY TO USE. FREE MINI-BAR IS A PLUS. HOTEL CATERS TO BUSINESS.

hotel nice ,service poor
The location was good, the hotel was beautiful....but the unfriendliness of the front desk staff is something I'm just not use to. I'm big on customer service so the lack of it was very disappointing.

Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Außenpool
Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Außenpool im 13 Stock. Leider war zu unserer Zeit auf dem Festplatz nebenan eine Kirmes was unsere Nächte bis morgens um fünf beeinträchtigt hat. Guter Metro-Anschluss in die City ( ca. 15 - 20 Min.)

mini bar inclus , c'est assez
mini bar inclus , c'est assez rare pour le souligner, chambre petite mais design, vue assez sympa sur la mer ou sur les autres tours , vue du dernier étage spectaculaire la piscine est design, par contre , l'accès au spa et à ses équipements est à revoir
