The MH Apartments Liceo are recently renovated and located next to the famous Ramblas and the Great Liceo Barcelona theatre. Each apartment is receiving plenty of natural light. Some apartments have balconies looking out onto Union, the main street just outside, and some apartments have large balconies looking out on to the quiet back of the building. All rooms are fully soundproofed. Each apartment is decorated with modern furniture and is fully-equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets and pillows) and a complete set of towels for each guest. The apartments also have some basic cleaning materials available for guests use during their stay. All apartments have heating and air conditioning. Every apartment has a complete, private bathroom with shower and bath, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a complete set of cutlery and kitchen utensils. All apartments have a washing machine with dryer. The living rooms have a double sofa bed (1.4 metres by 2 metres) with furniture and features a 21-inch TV with international channels and a hi-fi with CD player. There are Free wireless internet access in all the apartments. DVD players are also available on request. MH Apartments offers 24 hours customer service and one free cleaning service for stays of 7 or more nights.-Once you have made the booking, please inform us about your expected arrival time to Barcelona. VERY IMPORTANT: You must call us on the phone number that appears on your confirmation email upon arrival at the airport in order to be meet at the apartment. From 8 p.m there is a supplement of 20 euros. A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. This deposit is payable at check-in and returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

NOT GOOD

BAD NOISY AREA. LOCATION OK. NO FRONT DESK. HAD TO WAIT ABOUT AN HOUR FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP WITH KEY. ELEVATOR BROKE. CLIMBING 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE AND EVERY TIME YOU CAME AND WENT WAS NOT EASY FOR 60 AND 70 YEAR OLDS. NO PHONE. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. [...]

No service

Is really an Apartment with no service. There is no one at the reception and there is no maid service available (once per week only). You need to clean it yourself. The furniture is nice (modern and recently renovated). The last day the elevator didn´t work.

Location is super, building is

Location is super, building is atypical, window in 1 bedroom is opening inside the house (very uncomfortable). 1st floor flat have inside yard surrounded with very high wall (a bit schocking first moment). No cleaning service during stay. No elementary things (salt, sugar, soap etc) and you see how many things you need for every day life. I would recommend the hotel.

We were very happy about the location

We were very happy about the location and the facilities this apartments have.. it is less than a quarter away from the ramblas and the metro station.. Very recomendable!!!

Hôtel difficile à trouver, parking

Hôtel difficile à trouver, parking à 50m 50€ les 2 jours. appartement situé à 50m de la Rambla, au début nous avons eu peur car au bout de la rue c'est la quartier chaud de barcelone mais finaelment pas de soucis. Attention si arrivée après 20h la personne vous demande 20€ de +.

Emplacement idéal et climatisation

Emplacement idéal et climatisation fortement appréciée en été ! Le service offert est à la hauteur du prix demandé et les formalités furent très rapides. A proximité de la Rambla, c'est l'endroit idéal pour s'imprégner de l'ambiance barcelonaise.
