This unique hotel in the area will provide accommodation and different services to its guests that will please all kind of visitors, leisure and business travellers on a very good value for money.09/09MP A peculiar building on an area with predominance of activities related with the Ria and the shipping activities. The building must be an icon, a symbol as regard with its environment, with an image that is looking for to create an urban final scenery to identify the place and the fate of the property. The exterior image of the hotel does not only represent a visual reference in the industrial Park, also tries to look for the integration with a place of industrial, fishing and naval references. On the top of the building there is a big terrace with great views of the area where we can hold all type of open air events and meetings. This new concept hotel is located in a new expanding area just about 10 kilometres from the main centre with easy access to main tourist attractions by metro and railway. The hotel is directly connected with the Port of Bilbao, the Airport and soon with the TGV in the centre of the urban complex of Bilbao with 1 million inhabitants.

eBookersin kartta näytti hotellin sijainnin väärin piti olla aivan lentoaseman lähellä, mutta olikin aivan toisella puolella kaupunkia. Taksi oli pitkälti yli 30 euroa.
