Great Experience
Excellent. We loved our stay. The location was excellent, room beautiful and the complimentary bar a really nice touch! Thank you! Also they provided great recommendations and a helpful map for restaurants. We had a most delicious meal based on their suggestion!

Travel adventure in Spain
The only thing I was disappointed with is the additional cost of the breakfast my second day stay. The first day was the start of my vacation the breakfast was included. The end of the vacation we stated again one night and we were told that the breakfast was not included.

Plus and more minus
Great for visiting the Guggenheim. But the staff were mildly helpful and mostly diffident (except the wait staff at breakfast who were great). I expected small rooms but this was really small.

Long walk from hotel
Visit the Old Town first for pinxtos than spend the rest of your time at the Guggenheim (which also has a great cafe).

Great spot!
This was a great hotel. The rooms were very new and nice, and very well designed. The toilet and shower were separate, for example, which is handy when sharing a room. The location is right by the Guggenheim Museum, which was great, and there's a tram stop right there which will take you to the Casco Vieja (if you don't feel like walking.)

Visiting the city of Bilbao - service was excellent, but the hotel didn't specify how breakfast charges were to be applied.

The hotel is located right beside the Guggenheim Museum and the old part of Bilbao; all attractive places to be visited - furthermore it is quite close to the tranvia, the bus and the metro, making transportation easy.
