The hotel is ideally located on the beachfront of Benalmadena Costa, and with a sophisticated atmosphere, Hotel Torrequebrada is your best bet for both Leisure and Business. It offers a wide gastronomically variety of delicious food, peace and tranquillity in its extensive gardens, Shows in the Sala Fortuna, fun and entertainment in the Casino, spacious, fully equipped conference rooms, activities and entertainment during the summer months and a Spa with a varied programme for relaxation, health and beauty. All of this together with a relaxed atmosphere on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea and only 30 minutes from Marbella and Malaga, right in the heart of the Costa del Sol. The extensive gardens with stately palm trees and tropical plants are laid out between the building and the beach. You can enjoy the Pool-Bar and Terrace, 2 open-air pools, Tennis court and table tennis, towels, sun-beds and sunshades. I visited this hotel in August last year and wouldn't return. We paid for half board, and ended up going to Tudor Rose restaurant up the road most days for meals. The food was not satisfying... meat wasn't good quality, cereal tasted stale, and a waiter was very rude to us when we attempted to bring in our own drinks as they charged for all drinks including water. He was quite aggressive in nature as he ordered me angrily to remove the drinks from our table. We were not impressed. A member of the reception staff was also rude to me when I asked him to repeat something when I didn't hear what he said, rolling his eyes right in front of me. The decor is very dated, our room's floor was not clean. The corridors were very loud, we could hear every footstep and when someone nearby was going into their room it sounded like they were coming into ours. The balcony door lock wasn't very efficient, it was a flimsy chain and the door didn't have a proper latch. On the plus side, the location was good, pool was very nice and clean, as was the poolside area. Room was quite spacious.
