False promises and bad service
Do not book this hotel! A heated pool and jacuzzi were promised, but the water is cold. They don't make up the room on Thursdays and Saturdays, if you can believe it! Which so-called 4* hotel does that. One big disappointment, deeply regret I ever booked it.

Blue Bay - Nice but no towels
We loved the large pool, with plenty of lounge space and the semi-private beach. Ping-Pong table was great. There were enough resort beach-towels, but no normal bathroom towels, which was a pain (not one the whole week). Also, our 2-bedroom suite was not available when we arrived and we had a pull-out couch for 12 year old for two nights. Rooms need a major reno, ie the ceiling fan in our room was missing a blade, and thus did not work. our freezer was full of ice, in need of a major thawing. The couch was so old, I never actually sat in it. Cleaning staff were scarce. Other clients were being sent to another property as the "owners" of the rooms took priority. Check-in was long (it took over an hour). The pleasant staff and lovely landscaped grounds make up for the weaknesses. That said, it would not take much to improve this property. Better house-keeping processes; no fraud issues for clients ("sorry, no room for you") and small repairs.

Short drive from hotel
The food by the pool is not bad, but only for a few meals. The best restaurants are in Melonaros a 10E cab ride away to the new restaurants. The restaurants at the "village" a short walk away are all pretty bad.

This hotel was lovely, very reasonably priced and in a great location. I found the room clean and spacious with a lovely pool and sea view. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, I will visit again soon.

Hyväntasoinen hotelli hiukan syrjässä ja ehkä juuri siitä johtuen rauhallinen. Siellä oli näkyvillä ohjeet, kuinka usein toimenpiteet tehdään. En tullut katsoneeksi, tehtiinkö kaikki luvatut toimipiteet. Siivoustaso kyllä riitti meille hyvin. Viihtyvyyttä hiukan alensi huoneen kuluneisuus. Alunperin huone on ollut varmaan viihtyisä. Henkilökunta, varsin siivoojat olivat ystävällisiä. Hintalaatusuhde oli kokonaisuutena erinomainen, mutta yksittäiset palvelut kalliita, esim. safetybox 25 euroa/viikko. WiFi oli viereisen ostoskeskuksen ravintoloissa ilmainen, hotellissa 2 euroa tunti (hidas), joten käytimme vain vähän hotellin palveluja.

jeg bode på hotelet i november, jeg var der i forbindelse med mit job. jeg passede to bebor,,og det jrg synes var godt, var at det var for alle og hadicap venlig,og så var det rigtig godt med fri bus to gange om dagen ind til byen,,MVH.Gitte fra Næstved .Danmark
