hotelli oli hyvä henkilökunta huippu.Ruoka juomat kaikki sisältyi kohtuulliseen hintaan,ohjelmaa esityksiä ynm hyvin tanssia olisi saanut olla enemmän.Suosittelen ehdottomasti

Good value for money
We had a great time at the Riu Waikiki as we previously had at another of the chain's Hotels in the resort of Playa del Ingles. +The Hotel itself is spotlessly clean, +Staff are all very friendly,attentive and well trained. +Food offers great choices for every meal to satisfy most palets. We found the salad-selection the best. Main courses are a bit blend hence to fit different tastes. +Not many families with small children which we appreciated. -Location a bit to close to the main road which cause somewhat noise at tower E & D of the 5 ones. Try to get room in A, B or C if noise is an issue for you. -Rooms are dated when it comes to furniture. -Beds are rock-hard and NOT comfortable at all. This is the main issue we would have second thoughts returning...

Miellyttävä paketti
Emme ole aikaisemmin hotellissa, jossa olisi noin hyvä ja ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu. Uima-allasalue oli hyvin hoidettu ja siisti. Tekemisen puutetta ei ollut. Valitettavasti huomasimme kaiken järjestettävän ohjelman vasta loppulomasta, mutta se oli oma moka. Ruoka oli laadukasta ja vaihtoehtoja oli paljon. Se oli käytännössä samaa koko viikon, ja siihen alkoi vähän jo kyllästyä, mutta hyvää se oli joka tapauksessa. Huone oli aika peruskamaa ja sänky nitisi aina kääntyessä. Hyvä reissu kaikkineen.
