- New rooms in 2013. All rooms have two beds of 100cm x 200cm that can bind and prepared as a double bed on request. All rooms are equipped with: Air conditioning / heating. LCD TV 26 "with satellite channels. Free WiFi connection. Minibar including free soft drinks. Telephone with direct outside line. Safe (additional cost). Room service during the day, (additional cost). Complete bathroom with hairdryer, magnifying mirror and full set of amenities. Outdoor terrace with table,chairs and mountain view.

improvement needed
Good location and great sunrises in the mornings but the room furnishing is very old and clothes were getting dirty when touching the top of the drawers...it needs new furniture ...and the worse part was the beds...the mattresses were the worse ...for a 4 star hotel it is outrageous...instead of a queen bed we got 2 twins and the mattresses were like in a motel in the US...also the taxi situation is bad at pick hours in the evenings ...the staff were very kind to call the taxi by phone but those radio taxis takes awhile to arrive and sometimes it takes 15 and even 30 minutes of waiting time and by that time the desk had called 5 taxis for people waiting and the taxis when they arrive sometimes pick the airport pick ups regardless who is first on the line...it happened to me 2 times and theres no line and no doorman to control who's first in line to get the taxi...but overall i would recommend the hotel because of the location and the friendly and courteous staff.

The hotel is nice, but the beds are very uncomfortable along with the pillows. Everytime I called reception for help they told me to read the manuals in the room. Overall it was an okay experience.

Amazing views, fantastic pool area, beds & food need help
Clean hotel, excellent sea views but beds are double style- no king beds & extremely uncomfortable. Food is less than desirable. Wonderful staff though who really does there best to help with all. Overall a comfortable stay but left wanting a comfy bed for two stiff backs.

Decent hotel not worth the price
Booked this hotel for 3 nights. Was a decent place but not worth the money. They charged for everything including ice! The breakfast and dinner was included and wasn't too bad.

Just what you would expect - great!
Really pleased with this hotel for our recent trip to Ibiza. Whilst it is located a little further than the main strip in Playa D'enbossa (although still walkable if you can't get a cab!), it is actually quite nice to get away from all the mayhem. It's also more upmarket than most of the hotels your average Ibiza clubber would stay at, which means it actually makes for a very relaxing and serene place to stay. Rooms are comfortable, staff are lovely and facilities are great - everything you would expect from a 4* hotel. Not the lap of luxury but just right!
