great location and perfect amenities
This was a great hotel which had everything you would need including a great view of gran via. The location was so central and right next to a metro stop. So many shops and places to eat. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. The only downside its the 230 check in but most places are like that in Madrid. The room was unique and a good size for two.they include two computers to use with free printing and wifi in the room. Overall perfect hotel and would definitely stay again.

Great location, great clean design
Awesome location on Gran Via, next to metro stop. One front desk person was helpful, the other not as much. Few amenities, i.e., didn't have ice or wine opener for guest use. Room was chic, the bathroom was amazing with a wonderful waterfall shower. Plenty of wonderful hot water! Beds were a little firm though. Overall an excellent value!
