- If arriving by car, take the N-II from the airport towards the city centre (Avda. America), leaving at exit 8 towards the Trade Fair area. Turn left along Calle Luca de Tena, and at the end of this street, in Calle Juan Rizi, you will see the entrance of the hotel. Coming from the city centre, from Avenida de America take the N-II towards the airport, leaving at the second exit. Continue along Calle Arturo Soria and on the left, at the end of Calle Josefa Varcacel, you will see the hotel.

A real 4 star hotel
We were a family of 3 as tourist. The hotel is fine and best to the price paid. It is away from city but the bus station near to hotel can take to city centre with in 30 min. for 1 Euro and available frequently.I certently recommend this hotel.[...]

Really nice place and service. If you give more information to arriver there, I think that is perfect. The buffet is excellent and the people too.

Pretty Good Hotel
Our experience at this hotel was great. Awesome staff, very clean room, great location. Getting downtown to Madrid was very easy and quick. The only flaws was that their shuttle service didn't run on Sunday (which is when most people leave and need the shuttle back to the airport)so we had to pay a taxi to bring us back to the airport. Also the breakfast was not included and WAY, WAY, WAY overpriced for what was offered and charged.

Félicitations
Excellents en tous points surtout par la qualité de la scénographie très étudiée du Silken Life. Un vrai bonheur. Bon le prix à payer est la distance du centre mais vu les tarifs taxi à Madrid ce n'est pas bien grave !

Bon rapport qualité prix
Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. L'hotel est confortable et les chambres assez spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est disponible et convivial. Le seul souci c'est qu'il y a 20 min de marche pour acceder a la station de métro. En revanche, il y a un arret de bus menant au centre ville a seulement 3 minutes de l'hotel. Nous n'avons pas été décu du tout. Nous recommandons cet hotel.

El hotel ha estado muy bien y
El hotel ha estado muy bien y el trato con el personal ha sido correcto. Solo destacaría que un hotel de este nivel y en los tiempos que corren ya debería de dar un servicio WIFI integral, para correo, videocnferencias, etc. Ya lo ofrece un simple McDonalds, como para poder ofrecerlo sin problema un hotel 4 estrellas. Por lo demás, repetiría. Saludos
