The Hotel Bon Sol is fabulous! It is a beautiful hotel. So relaxing and serene. You could hide away there for 2 weeks and never have to leave the property. It is not a family hotel so it is nice and quite. You can swim in one of their 4 pools or take a dip in the sea. I recommend getting a massage - the spa is lovely. The staff is so freindly and attentive, some of the best that I have encountered. The breakfast was delicious as well as the lunch offering. Overall the Bon Sol a relaxing, enjoyable experience!

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Lage, der Service, das Essen (besonders das Frühstück), es stimmte einfach alles. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung des Personals, es wurde uns förmlich jeder Wunsch "von den Lippen abgelesen". Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

l'Hôtel est bien situé, à 5 km du centre ville et à 7 km de l'aéroport. Le personnel est agréable, souriant. Le seul problème: les chambres sont petites, peu spacieuses.

My sister and I recently stayed here back in May 2010. It's a little far from the airport (about a 30euro taxi ride) but the area it's in is beautiful! Not all the rooms are ocean view, but if they're not all booked you might be able to get them to change that. We only ate breakfast there, and they had many choices. Personally we thought the rooms were sized just fine for the two of us, you're barely in your room anyway except to sleep because there's so much to do on the island. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit äusserst freundlichem Personal. Frühstückbuffet 1a! Geeignet auch für Aufenthalte in der Off-Season. Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge in die Stadt befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen. Spa Bereich nicht riesig, aber OK.

The hotel was wonderful. You have to get the room with the sea view or you will be highly disappointed. The rooms are Wifi free. The food was good, but expensive, but worth it at the hotel. You have to get out and go see to enjoy. The water was warm. The spa was great. We enjoyed our time and cannot wait to come back. We are so happy we did not listen to the reviews that were negative. The taxi from the airport is about 26 euro, the only thing we did not like was the bus tour for 15 euro. We actually caught the bus and walked the night prior and toured ourselves and enjoyed. We ate at some great places. Fresh seafood! The staff was helpful, and we enjoyed our time!

Very clean with a great breakfast buffet and very friendly/serviceable staff. A bit out of the way if you want to get to Palma, but the walk is do-able and there is a bus service right outside the hotel.
All in all, a big thumbs up.

Description
It is one of the most popular beaches in Palma because it is one of the closest. It has been recently remodelled and it is even busier because of the refurbishing of the hotel which overlooks it. The hotel has a small garden with palm trees up to the sand. The beach is located in one of Palmas most tourist areas, a development point since the first tourist boom. The beach attracts all type of people. Apart from being visited in summer, you can also find people in winter as it is totally protected from the north winds, which are very cold during this season. CHARACTERISTICS: rea 7.800 m2, asphalted road, sunbeds, parasols, pedal boats sports hire facilities and first aid. The hotel provides facilities like Bar, Internet access - High-Speed, Billiards, Swimming pool - outdoor, Table tennis, Conference facilities, Currency exchange, Doctor on call, Restaurant.
Tax is 7% and as normal in Spain included on the rates.

Bei der Ausstattung würde ich mir einen Haartrockner schon als Standart wünschen.Ansonsten finde ich das Hotel schon 3 Sternen entsprechend.Service und Bedienung finde ich hervorragend.Zum Frühstück finde ich 5 Sorten Brot, 3 Sorten Eier , 4 Sorten Fleisch,
Käse und viele Müslisorten als angemessen. Verschiedene Sorten Kaffee und Tee müssten genügen, ansonsten ein 4 Sterne Hotel buchen ( zum doppelten Preis ).Die Lage kann man vorher wissen,
das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend. Jeder Zeit wieder.

We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and location, ideal for combining a beach holiday and city break.
md 09/08 Modern building surrounded by pine trees and 3200 square metres of gardens. Set on a hill overlooking the sea, the hotel is just 500 metres from Cala Mayor beach (complimentary shuttle service available in summer) and 5 km from the centre of Palma. This hotel has recently been fully refurbished to a high standard.

With its warm and friendly atmosphere and its location right on the beach yet just 5 minutes’ drive from Palma, this hotel is an excellent compromise for those looking to combine beach and cultural holidays.
md 0508 Modern style building. The hotel is situated in front on the beautiful beach of Calamayor and only a few minutes from Palma city centre.

Jeśli ktoś sie nastawia na to ze będzie tylko nocował w hotelu to bardzo polecam wszędzie w miare blisko i leży w części troche ustronnej ale bardzo blisko od centrum jeżeli ktoś ceni spokój bardzo polecam, a jeżeli ktoś zamierza siedzieć w pokoju to wyposażenie typu czjnik szklanki lodówka sztućce - BRAK!! Nous avons résidé une semaine au mois de mai 2012 au Tomir avec 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans.
Les chambres sont simples propres et fonctionnelles et faites tous les 2 jours. La literie est moyenne, certains matelas ont un peu vécus mais si on est pas trop exigeant ça va.
Le buffet est assez large mais ça reste une nourriture de grande collectivité (surgelé et conserve) destinée à une clientèle anglaise (lard, oeuf, beans et frites au petit déj entre autre; Gelly en dessert et gâteaux noyés de crème). Ceci dit pour le prix défiant toute concurrence ça reste correct.
Disco tous les soirs à 23 H, ceux qui veulent dormir doivent penser à prendre une chambre éloignée de la salle réception qui se trouve en face de la piscine.
Cet hôtel nous a fourni un point de chute à très bon prix, il est facile de se garer à proximité (du moins hors saison), et c'est un bon point de chute pour rayonner dans toute l'île.
Une plage très jolie se trouve à proximité et Portal Nous est le port de plaisance des plus beaux yoats.
L'ouest de Palma est plutôt prisé par les Anglais alors que l'est est prisé par les Allemand, c'est d'ailleurs beaucoup plus bétonné et difficile de trouver ne serait-ce qu'une carte de resto en espagnol, tout est écrit en allemand.
Nous n'avons pas utilisé le club enfants, les animateurs avait néanmoins l'air très disponibles et appréciés par les enfants, surtout lors du mini disco le soir à 20h30. A savoir l'animation se fait en Anglais.
Bref nous avons trouvé au TOMIR un bon rapport qualité prix pour notre séjour en mai.
