Too many extra costs and misleading pictures
Brilliant building and dedicated staff. A bit too isolated so if you are planning great night outs, you may prefer a more central location. The most frustrating was finding out that all those nice pictures with breath taking views from the sea and luxurious swimming pools, spa etc were actually part of the Beach Club which is a separate building open to general public and 5 min from the hotel. Needless to say that if you wish to enjoy the gym, pools, private beach etc you will have to pay separately (and it does not come cheap!!). As the reason I had chosen the hotel was the amazing photos, I felt really deceived!

Excellant week
The staff made the trip. They were all very helpful. The front desk was great with directions. The pools were great and very close to the beach.

Sloanes Bistro is just the other side of the highway. Had two very nice meals there. The service was excellant and the food was great.

Beautiful hotel but in a very remote location and there were no entertainment facilities in the hotel at night, hence expensive cab rides to either Marbella central or Puerto Banus

Pas le niveau d'un 5 étoiles
Le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un cinq étoile: pas de portier, service de réception médiocre et l'hôtel n'est pas situé sur la plage contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait croire. Notre chambre était certes spacieuse et la vue jolie pour la Costa del Sol mais on entendait tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines tellement les murs sont fins. La tête de lit cognait contre le mur à chaque petit mouvement. La nourriture n'est pas bonne (pas pu tester le restaurant "gastronomique" cependant, car fermé pour la saison et le personnel à la réception n'est même pas au courant!). Attention aux coûts cachés: le beach club est payant et cher. Mieux vaut prendre une chaise longue à la paillote d'à côté et y manger aussi! Hôtel très famille donc plein d'enfants et bébés.

Angenehmes Ferienhotel
Wir haben herrliche Ferientage in diesem Hotel erlebt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet erholsame Stunden. Nur die langweilige Musik während dem Frühstück und Nachtessen hat uns genervt. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen

Eine gepflegte, großräumige Hotelanlage
Eine gepflegte, großräumige Hotelanlage mit mehreren Pools und wunderschönen Pflanzen. Das Personal ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Auf Wunsch werden Eierspeisen, Fleisch und Fisch sofort gebraten - alles zum Zusehen. Das Essen ist insgesamt schmackhaft und leicht.
