Excellent - would highly recommend !!
This is an excellent hotel. All staff were extremely friendly, warm and helpful. Was given a little tour of the hotel as my room wasn't ready yet, you can exchange money at the reception, get stamps for your postcards etc. Service was outstanding. All staff greet you whenever they see you and always offer to help. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful and very unique. Rooms were clean, there is a nice bar, lobby and roof terrace. Food ordered via room service was first class - wish there was more choice on the menu though. Hotel centrally located and in a safe area - you can easily walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Plaza de Espana is a bit further away but can still be reached by foot. All shops were close by and there were lots of places to have nice Spanish tapas. Had a nice view of colourful roofs of an old church and the church bells didn't really bother me (they stop after 9pm I think). Loved the themed floors by Spanish artists. Wish they offered the spa services earlier in the morning or late in the evening, as I would have taken advantage of it before or after sightseeing. Would highly recommend this hotel and I had a very enjoyable stay.
