Petit Palace Canalejas Hotel Seville

This hotel is very clean, modern, and perfectly situated to see the major sites of the city. Though small, the hotel and room were comfortable. Having the free wifi and in-room laptop was a nice amenity. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The good news is we were able to forego the last of 3 nights when we found a more comfortable hotel; the bad news is we had to stay here two nights. This is a miserable hotel, stating it's "high tech." Which means you get a laptop in your closet of a room with a slow wi-fi connection. Big deal. The room was so small that we had to leave because of the claustrophobia. And the staff was not very helpful; most questions were answered "no." Do yourself a favor: get a better hotel at the same rate somewhere else in Sevilla. And yes, the hotel, was pricey for what you received.

Would definitely stay there again. Staff friendly, helpful and spoke English. Older style European building with character. Fully refurbished interior; all facilities modern. Only downside is that like many European hotels the rooms and compact - a little difficult to find room for two large cased but it worked. A very good price compared to many others looked at. Good breakfast for only 8 Euros. Free internet. Well located for visiting main tourist attractions.

walkable to sights of seville - easily reachable by bus from the train station (ask at tourist information there). Yes the rooms are small but they're clean, beds are comfortable and the shower was amazing!!! didn't have breakfast - there's lots of cafes and restaurants nearby on Calle San Eloy.

Hotel was nice, but for the money you could do better. I learned this trip that 3 star hotels are just as nice and cheeper. When we arrived, we changed rooms 3 times due to the WORST sewage smell I have ever experienced. The manager was very gracious and helpful and changed our room, but unfornutately we got the smallest room there was the first night. Free internet is great, but it did not work 3 of the 4 nights we were there. Location is nice, but if I would do it again I would stay in Santa Cruz neighboorhood next to the river. This hotel was a long walk to that neighborhood.

Orbitz and High Tech hotels practice deceptive advertising. I was led to believe the buffet breakfast bb was included. That was a big reason for choosing this hotel, but it turns out that it only menat that bb was avalailable for an extra 10 eu pp. Neither Orbitz nor the hotel made any intent to remedy the situation. I will be very careful next time.

Very small room,better book TWIN bed room rather than a double bed room. location is ok, within 20 minutes walk to get to historical spots.

Excelente ubicación, personal amable. Desayuno bueno, pero desayunador muy pequeño; había que esperar a que se desocuparan las mesas. La habitación demasiado básica, cama cómoda, baño con muy poca intimidad (puertas de cristal que no se cierran) y demasiado pequeño, imposible cambiarse dentro o colgar alguna ropa.

El hotel está recién reformado con una decoración muy moderna. Muy bien situado. Nos alojamos en una habitación excesivamente pequeña ´(cabía la cama y poco más). Otro incoveniente es que está mal aislado acústicamente y se desde la habitación se oye todo lo que ocurre por los pasillos.
